Is the price per user or per organisation?
Per organisation. The Team plan covers up to 10 users, Enterprise is unlimited. No surprise fees if a colleague wants to view along.
Is there a trial period?
Yes — 48 hours full access via magic-link, no credit card. Enough to test Umbiko on your own tender. After that you can continue with a paid plan or the trial expires automatically.
How does cancellation work?
Annual billing with a one-month notice before the end of the term. Documents and projects are deleted 90 days after cancellation so you have plenty of time to export.
